My personality is a direct contrast to my appearance. On the outside, I look like a sweet, innocent woman who wants the perfect nuclear family. WRONG. I may look like a blow-up doll that men droll over, but I can break every bone in your body in alphabetical order. And that’s my problem. I’m too smart for my own good, with a temper shorter than any measurement known to man. I don’t deal well with authority or stupidity, and it’s been getting me in trouble all my life. Most recently, it cost me my job. But more importantly, it has my club worried when I become the target of a mysterious biker who’s been stalking me. When women who match my description keep ending up missing, well, let’s say I’m going to put an end to it. One way or another, this serial killer is going to get a SHOCK.

Suspenseful MC Read
What a great suspenseful book with a strong female biker and the man who has loved her from afar. Shock is a powerhouse especially growing up in the MC and I loved seeing her as such. She took no crap from anyone. Diego was a doctor that Shock had worked with now years later in life and had no idea what part he played in her life all that time ago.
Shock has a stalker though is it the man on the bike that has been following her and sending notes or is it someone else. Wait until you find out who it is that has been killing women who resemble her. This book was a big page turner.

Shock is one twisted second-chance stalker romance you just have to love. It's the 7th book in the Morningstar MC: Reno series by D. Williams. Every book in this series I read just keeps getting better and better. I don't know how D. Williams can make such a dark twisted story into a happily ever after but she does and I'm so glad. Her writing style is uniquely her own, you won't find other characters like hers.
Shock has been dealing with alot since she got fired from her job at the hospital. She's had a stalker following her and leaving her notes, though she doesn't feel threatened by him more frustrated he keeps showing up. Her boss Dr. Diego Espinosa has his own secrets but his main objective is keeping Shock by his side. He remembers her even if she doesn't remember him. When bodies start showing up dead that look like Shock her family decides she's going to New Orleans while they try and find who's doing it. However, things go differently than planned. Her stalker follows her there as well as a couple of others and it all comes to a head that is shocking.
I gave this a 5-star rating and a 5-spicy rating. I loved everything about this book; the only complaint I could have is that it wasn't longer. Shock is one hell of a woman even if she hates the fact she's a woman. And Diego is just the man she needs by her side to fight with her. A beautifully twisted love story between two very complex characters always does it for me! I can't wait for the next book Glitch to come out. I really want her story.

Handsome doctor has thing for a gorgeous nurse and they fall in love..... well not in this story or in the world of the Morningstar MC, their members have a bit more complex lives that don’t fit the typical love story. Reality is they may have met so long ago that someone doesn't remember, or could be the Alcohol. Either way Hannah doesn't remember her one night with Diego, and he can’t forget that night, and hates that she got away after just one night. In Hannah's defense she now has a lot going on. A stalker, women turning up dead that look an awful lot like her, found in places that have a connection to her, loosing her job....well all of those things will absolutely make a person forget a few things in their past.
Delve into another one of the Morningstar MC books and get lost in all the revelations coming to light. I especially loved the glimpse of the Morningstar MC NOLA Chapter, and so excited to see what is in store next for the Reno Chapter as well as the NOLA chapter. I swear no mater how many books are in this series or what spin offs happen each and every Morningstar MC books leave me on the edge of my seat and wanting more.

Lil PSA: these are not stand alones! The previous stories and I mean the original and then the spin off series, need to be read in order. I have read everything and there are so many characters that I got confused for a second trying to place who is who and how they belong (been a while since I was in this world, should have reread). Shock/Hannah takes no nonsense from the opposite sex, she knows who she is and it's not a weeping wildflower or pageant queen. She knows she has a stalker, and it's starting to get to her that someone is following her. Add to that, there are women that she knows that are turning up dead. Does this mean her stalker has turned to murder or is this something else altogether?
This was nonstop action! We get danger, violence, naughty bits, and a few laughs. The New Orleans characters are introduced, and once again, with so many characters, I feel like this story was more rushed than it should have been, but that's just my opinion. I give this 4 stars.

I don't know how many times I can say I love this series and author so much. This story was so freaking great and will all my usual suspects with a few new family members. This has to be one of my favorite MC family. D. Williams knows how to write a series and story that sucks me in and I never want to leave her world. Hannah "Shock" and Diego are perfect for each other. This book left me guessing until the end and I never saw that ending coming. So amazing, I love this story and how these characters developed. Highly recommended!!!!

This is the 7th book in this incredible series, and what a fantastic addition Shock’s story is. Hannah / Shock has a stalker, and it is someone from her past.
This is a well written easy to read, action packed, emotional roller coaster, with family, loyalty, humor, witty banter, romance, mystery, stalker, danger, suspense, violence, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, twisted, tragic, and steamy addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Hannah ‘Shock’ Garcia has a stalker but it’s not what we think, he is in fact Dr Diego, her old boss and also the guy she had one night with years earlier who took her v card and is also in love with her, she also has a thing for him, then women who have similarities to her turn up dead so she goes to New Orleans with her God Brothers and Diego also goes to make sure she’s protected as it turns out the killer has also followed.

I really enjoy this series. Each book is a great quick read full of action and spice. We finally get to learn more about Shock. We learn who her stalker is and it turns out to be someone from her past. There is also a mystery that threatens Shocks safety they have to solve. A really good book and I can't wait to see what's coming next with Glitch!

A great story with a "stalkerish" background.
D Williams has a great way of turning a tabu subject into something that can almost be accepted. I love the way she writes and Diego and Hannah are an awesome couple. This story has it all Stalker(s), suspense, drama, women turning up dead and a great love story to top it all off. well worth the read as usual.

I want to be Hannah aka Shock when I grow up. She is such a great character smart, sassy, and sexy. Diego is her boss at the hospital he is sexy and her stalker and he totally into Hannah.
The humor and interactions between them is off the charts. If you love MC Romance this is the series that you need to read.

I was so excited for Shock. Simply put she has no filter and is a tomboy. Diego had her from the first time they interacted. I absolutely loved how bada$$ she was. She maybe my favorite female lead yet.

I knew I was going to love Shock, but her and Diego, I need more!!! Loved the twist at the end. Absolutely love this series, both Nevada and Reno, and hopefully more coming soon!.

Loved Shock!! If you’re looking for a strong woman to love then you definitely need to grab this one!! We get to see who her stalker is. I absolutely loved this book! I love that she’s a tomboy and stands up for herself. Love how she handles her stalker also!!

Wow!!! What a great story. Did not turn out like I had expected. It was so much more. Shock many mysteries and surprising turns. For Me it kept guessing who was doing what. It also had many pages filled with stemming goodness.

Right from the beginning Shock starts off hot.
Throw in Diego and we are off and running, which direction not sure other than to the HOT and sweaty NOLA. Lots of action in the Big Easy and not just in the area.
The goings on between Shock and Diego are simply hysterical when they are actually not getting busy and throw in Axel and you have a whole different irritant.
Love how the whole group of MorningStar MC chapters have involvement, and can't wait for Lucas story.

Hannah AKA Shock is one bad chick!! She is sassy and fierce. Dr. Diego is stalking her in the best of ways. He is her match. When things go south and women end up dying and they resemble Shock, Diego and the MC want to keep an eye on her. Will they be able to protect her?
