Eliza Green tried her hand at fashion designing, massage, painting, and even ghost hunting, before finding her love of writing. She often wonders if her desire to change the ending of a particular glittery vampire story steered her in that direction (it did). After earning her degree in marketing, Eliza went on to work in everything but marketing, but swears she uses it in everyday life, or so she tells her bank manager.

Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, she lives there with her sci-fi loving, evil genius best friend. When not working on her next amazing science fiction adventure, you can find her reading, indulging in new food at an amazing restaurant or simply singing along to something with a half decent beat.

I'll start by saying whoa! What a rollercoaster ride this book, and indeed series has been! I don't give spoilers in my reviews as I think it's better to talk about the book itself. As I've come to expect from the author, the story was excellent and the writing was fantastic.

This book (sadly) brings to an end the adventures of Anya and Dom. Two young people caught up in a dystopian future full of danger, betrayal, intrigue and more. Between navigating rogue AI and battling against people bent on supreme control, the pair certainly have had their hands full. As always, the pacing was incredible and the story just kept going and going. It was thrilling and the action just didn't let up all the way through. If you love dystopian young adult thrillers, then this series is definitely for you!

I received an advance copy from the author and this is my honest opinion

Wow. What a nail-biting climax this is to the series! With our group of friends having split loyalties, yet still common ground, the reader can be forgiven for wondering how this can possibly work itself out. So that makes a tense novel at times, although fascinating to see how this clever author has overcome the differing allegiances.
We know our characters well by now, as you do really need to have read the previous books, and so it was interesting to see how the interactions would conclude.
Of course, my biggest pleasure was seeing what happened to my personal favourite, Rover, and to find out whether he had the ending he deserved! How satisfying.
If you’ve read the previous books, this is a must-read - if not, start at the beginning, it’s worth it!
