Lots of good recipes from actual state fair winners. You will see some oldies but goodies plus others that you may not be familiar with.

This is for serious foodies. Some of the best bread recipes I have ever found, along with a few 'chemistry of cooking' tips. The Danish Oat Bread, and the Butter Horn Crescents are family favorites. The cakes are great too.
