Thomas Edison tried different materials like bamboo and hard materials; and bamboo worked for a lot of hours. In those days, there was only bamboo powered lightbulbs because bamboo worked the best for lightbulbs.

The narrator perspective of Thomas Edison was first person because its about Thomas Edison and how he was the fist person to create the light bulb.

A very nicely done graphic non fiction about Thomas Edison and the Light bulb! I actually found it interesting and the graphic format a fun way to read. This would be great for 6th grade on up!
