I usually don’t read these types of books as they don’t really interest me. However I was asked to read this for work and while it took me a lot of self talk and motivation to get through it, there were some good takeaways. In addition, it’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day workload and it was helpful to think about team dynamics. I started to interact a little differently at work keeping this perspective of building a high performing team. So overall I didn’t enjoy this book but found it helpful.
