Although this is part of what used to be called the IT Infrastructure Library this is a very useful primer on service transition and the management of organisational change that could be used widely outside IT services.

it was good but a bit complicated, you need to read some handy book from different Author first or be familiar with service transition then jump in this book, otherwise you may get confuse.
