Im a big fan of Michael Neill, and always look forward to reading his books, he always offers simple and easy engaging techniques, combining NLP (Neuro Logistic Programing) with constructive techniques, and this self help book was a pleasent and eye opening read, he tends to not lean to heavy in to the NLP and seems to have a balance with simple psychology, teaching that no matter how hard we want happiness it is something we can not buy, but have to work at, just like everthing in life. I felt much uplifted after this read, and always have the book lying around, just for a simple read every now and then
