Interesting

Interesting read on theory of handstands and how to achieve these.
Hopefully once put into practice I will be able to achieve the same.

The book goes from telling you how to do a hand stand against the wall, how to gradually rely on the wall less, how to do it without the wall, how to walk on your hands and how to do a freestanding pushup.

I am sure it will take at least 1-3 months to be able to do it well, but the instructions are clear and plentiful.

I look forward to trying it. I think pull ups and handstand pushups are two of the best exercises you can do, and you don't really need any equipment at all for a handstand push up.

Lets hope I manage to do it!

I read this in under an hour before going to sleep. Really simple guide to doing handstands, handstand walks and handstand push-ups. It's got some exercise progressions and tips on how to learn and improve from your failures. I was going to start training these in the gym, but now I've read this I'm going to start doing them at home instead.

Nice to have a book that covers how to do a handstand from beginning to end. Maybe I'll get out and try to learn it. Or maybe it will just sit on the shelves. For 7 bucks it was not a bad deal to have something centralized with all the necessary exercises and progression in one place.

Great stuff

Helped me put handstands into perspective. They really are not as intimidating as I've imagined them to be. After a few weeks of push ups I'll be ready to start training handstands.

Small booklet where I can pick up the same or better information in an article or video on the internet for free.
