I never considered how far I’d go to protect those I love.

Not until now.
Not until them.
Locke. Kylian. Kendrick. Decker.

The boys of Lake Chapel own me: mind and body, heart and soul.
I’ll fight for them. Wait for them. Root for them and support them through anything.

Because what we’re building together is a forever kind of love.

Every word will be dissected, every move recorded, but the cameras and media scrutiny are temporary.

We cling to private moments away from the mansion and hold out hope that life won’t always be this hard.
But when a terrifying encounter with parallels to the past leaves us shaken, Decker takes drastic action.

And despite our whispered promises and dreams for the future, what we share may not be enough to survive the pressure of what comes next.

The boys of Lake Chapel taught me that love can be limitless.
No one warned me what can happen when love is pushed too far.

Abby Millsaps is an author and storyteller who's been obsessed with writing romance since middle school. In eighth grade, she failed to qualify for the Power of the Pen State Championships because all her submissions contained the same theme: young people falling in love. #LookAtHerNow

She's best known for writing unapologetically angsty romance that causes emotional damage for her readers. Abby prides herself in writing authentic characters while weaving mental health, chronic illness, and neurodiverse representation into the fabric of her stories.

Abby met her husband at a house party the summer before her freshman year of college. He had a secret pizza stashed in the trunk of his car that he was saving for a midnight snack—how was she supposed to resist that level of golden retriever energy and preparedness? When Abby isn't writing, she's reading, traveling, and raising her three daughters.

pizap-5 MY REVIEW AND OTHERS can also be found on my blog:
╰┈➤KITTY KATS CRAZY ABOUT BOOKS

❀ 𝐓𝐎𝐎 𝐅𝐀𝐑 ❀ Is the final full length romance (RH) book within the (Boys of Lake Chapel) series by Abby Millsaps. Spoken in multiple pov's. Ths picks up right where the previous book left off.

This wrapped up the series perfectly, more heat than ever before, more heartbreak until that final HEA is reached. I loved jumping back into this world the author had created, these overprotective men loved more fiercely as their feeling’s grew and I'm so glad we got to see the extended epilogues.

I enjoyed seeing their growth as a group dynamic and as separate individuals.

But yet again Decker put me through the wringer, to love like he does also mean't to let someone go which is what he did in this to protect the one he loved, he sacrificed so much in this last book, more so than any others, so he kind of yet again solidified why he's been my favourite throughout.

This is not goodbye, we are simply taking a break because this book is confusing me.

This may be because I have completely forgotten what happens in the second book, so a re-read may be in order.

👇Spoilers👇

I’m at 26% and the fmc is getting on my nerves, regarding all the filming stuff. She doesn’t want to be on camera and is trying to not be in the public eye because of her past scrutiny, but she isn’t avoiding the cameras. She is actively being filmed when they are all eating dinner, I don’t understand why when she keeps saying she is against it.

The camera crew is only there for 10 days surely she could move back to her Uncles for a week and then return. I get this doesn’t really sound logical for the plot, but at least it makes sense.

She does want her relationship with the guys to be exposed and they aren’t meant to show pda, but she still remains in the house. It’s just too confusing

If anyone can answer this question for me, please do 😅👏👏

Have I forgotten a previous point of book 2 or is there no logical answer ?

I get that she is co-dependent on them now, but why is she actively putting herself on camera.

I loved the first book, so I’m definitely going to come back to it, but for now I need a break. (26%)
The stand-by rating is 2 stars.

I did a hefty amount of skimming here.

This wasn't good. Joey is one of the worst FMCs I've ever read. She's all over the place and downright horrible to Decker. And horrible in a way that makes no senseeee.

I also gotta say that I hated how this RH turned out. Someone else wrote it perfectly in their review already, but basically I feel like this RH never felt truly together or cohesive. In fact, I wondered multiple times if the book would end without Decker involved. As I mentioned in my review on Book #2, I don't understand how these guys were supposedly besties for most of their lives prior to meeting her and she just blew their friendship all to hell. In the end it all gave me the ick because I STILL didn't feel like the guys were a unit. Especially Kylian and Decker - That was a whole dynamic that was never resolved. So how am I supposed to believe that these guys shared a woman for the rest of their lives? And parented together in the future? No, this was poorly done.

Locke/Nicky was really the stand out character for me and he would've been a freakin' fabulous character.. in another series. His greatness was wasted here.

So that's that. Obviously, I don't recommend this series.

**EDIT TO ADD**
I'm back with more to say. I went back to the book to look for something specific to send to someone else and so I had to skim through a large chunk of the book again and it just sent me to a level 10 with hatred for Jo/Joey/Josephine. I have never been so DONE with an FMC before her. It is wild. It's made me so disappointed in this author that I'll probably never give her another chance.

Holy cannoli Too Far put me through the wringer and I’m not sure I’ve recovered 😅

Joey and the boys finally got the happily ever after they deserved, but Abby did not take it easy on them. There was so much hurt and healing they had to go through before they got there, and Abby had me swinging between livid af and full on sobbing.

Too Far really solidified how much I love this series and these boys, and we truly got to see how much they loved Joey and the little family unit they created with her. Each of them really grew into their own, Decker especially, and I’m honestly really happy with how their story ended.

I know this is super vague, but yall just need to read it to understand 😩

Josephine really pissed me off for the second part of this book. Look, I get that Decker made a mistake by breaking up with her but the man has a martyr complex and just saw you get hurt in the same manner than killed his mother. I'm inclined to give the man a bit of slack for his reaction, especially when you see how much he is hurting.

Jo on the other hand is way too flip floppy and I don't like it. In one breath, she is saying that she will do anything and be there for Decker then in the other breath, she is telling him that she will never forgive him and trying to punish him. Which is working by the way. I'm sorry but I found it unnecessarily cruel of her to agree to marry him, tell him it was in name only when he was trying so hard to make it up to her and then sleep with all the other guys on their wedding night while purposefully excluding him.

It gave me an icky feeling because the only way I can enjoy RH books is if I feel as though all the guys are okay with and like the situation, as well the girl shows absolutely no favoritism and everything is balanced. This last part felt too uneven for me as though the scales were tipped too far in the other direction. I really did not like the wedding night scene because she used his jealousy against him and punished him by shoving her relationship with the other guys maliciously in his face. In this type of relationship(RH), it can turn toxic easily if you try to pit the guys against each other. Someone will probably tell me that they all made up in the end so its not like the guys truly turned against him but they were all prepared to cut him off and even after they made up, Decker and Kylian are still not as close as they once were. You can try to argue that they are still close which I agree with, but its clear that Kylian no longer trusts Decker's judgements and they are not as close as they used to be.

Not to mention, in the epilogue, Decker's "growth" is that he goes from trying to control everything to not being able to make one decision on his own?! That's just as bad! You are just going from one extreme to the other.

Because of this, I no longer like Jo and its difficult to enjoy a book when you no longer like the main character.

I'm not even sure what to type here...
There was basically no plot. It was very hot, very smutty, and if you like your spice without plot then this book is perfectly fine.
I just don't like it. I don't want any plot point to just be about how quickly are they ending up in bed or the pantry again. I want character development, and not the kind where they finally get over themselves and have spicy times with all five of them.
The one piece of true trouble they got in was pretty easily solved. There was barely any buildup from the other two books to that point... Sure Joey doesn't like cameras, that much became clear from book two and three, but the solution to the problem could've been foreshadowed. Now it looked like the author didn't quite plan her series right and came up with an easy solution on the spot. And that's a damn shame.

The writing style and the banter is what's saving this book from my harsh review. Millsaps writing is sublime and she sucks me in and doesn't let me go. This book did not feel like it was almost 500 pages. I flew through it.
The banter is top notch. It was better in the first book, but still mighty fine. You can really see the love and affection they have for each other. They're truly a family. Dysfunctional, but definitely tight.

The mental and physical health rep in this trilogy is some of the best I've ever read about.
This book focused a bit more on Nicky's arthritis and his drawer of spoons. I would've preferred to see some more of Kylian's neurospicyness and Joey's anxiety. It's not like their mental issues suddenly disappear or have been worked through when you want to focus on another character.
It's very important the representation is there, but it could've been slightly better. Especially with Kylian, there was nothing wrong with him in the first place so why did it have to be mentioned that he was loosening up? That chafed me a little.

I really wanted to love this book, but it was just not it for me. I might not have been in the mood to read this particular book, but the release is on the 29th so I had to read the ARC before then and with Christmas around the corner I didn't trust myself to raad anything properly.
My current reading mood needed more plot. I got a boatload of spice. Not complaining about the spice, it was glorious, but Too Safe had such a glorious storyline and then it kind of disappeared and just became a sausage fest.

If you've read all the way down here you're a champ. My rating is as follows:
Plot: ⭐⭐
Writing: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Characters: ⭐⭐
Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
So I'm giving this book three stars, because the spice does not count as high for me as the other three categories.

Josephine and Decker gave me whiplash with their mood swings in this one - especially in the last 20% or so. This book felt dragged and it seemed like the author added random bits and pieces just for fun. Like oh, you want some angst? Here's a random 3rd act breakup from one of the guys. You wanna see "my wife" moments? Here's a random wedding scene. It??? Just??? Didn't??? Make??? Sense??? Even the sex scenes were mediocre at best. Idky I was so committed to finishing this but it's over now lol. Honestly, this would have been fine as a standalone or even a duet. But making this a trilogy was a bit much and ngl, it bored me to death. Not one of my fave RH romances but still okay ig.

safety squad:
- no OW/OM drama
- RH
- marriage of convenience
- protective MMCs
- HEA

Too Far concludes the Boys of Chapel Lake series and BOI did it put me through the wringer! It was the most emotional of the three, just when you thought things were finally good, Decker pulled a… Decker and smashed everything to pieces 💔.
His grovelling was sublime though, so I can forgive him for hurting Joey so much!
I’m still not over the sacrifice he made for their family to finally be free 😭. I wish there was another way…
The epilogues were BEAUTIFUL, made my heart so full ♥️.
Now… 👀… I am MORE than ready for the next book that’s to come in 2024! I SCREAMED reading the little teaser in the end 🤭. If you’ve read this series, you’ll know who I’m talking about but… I wasn’t prepared for the premise 🫠

This is the third and final book of the series and it must be read in order.

This entire series was such an emotional rollercoaster and I loved every second of it, okay okay, ALMOST every second of it. The cliffhangers in books one and two were rough, but we made it through. I am so sad to say goodbye to Josphine and her boys.

I highly recommend this series.

Refreshing

This series was refreshing, as it wasn’t your typical bully reverse harem. There was arguing, glares galore, snapping and tension, but the guys weren’t going out of their way to bully the girl. It was a series I needed in this moment. Each book I gave 5 stars, and it was well-deserved. I can’t wait to read Hunter’s story. Looks like it will be MFM and I was literally thinking a couple hours ago that I haven’t read a ménage in a while. And I know that Abby will do it justice after reading this series.

The author gets the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act acronym wrong. It’s actually HIPAA not HIPPA.

Speaking of researching things that take less than 1 minute; In this book it’s brought up again and again that peptides are banned in the NCAA. But according to ncaa.org and I quote “the NCAA allows exception to be made for those student-athletes with a documented medical history demonstrating the need for treatment with certain banned medications.”

WHICH MEANS

The whole premise for this series is void. All these dudes had to do was prove with a doctors note [im paraphrasing] that it was medically necessary to use peptides for RA and Lupus- therefore Joey wouldn’t have seen some sketchy shit go down in the first book and forced to be kidnapped by 4 college dudes on an island against her will.

IT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO RESEARCH FOR YOUR BOOKS.

Hell, getting the HIPAA acronym wrong when most of your characters are chronically ill, is why I rated this 1 star. Boy Genius was the one who mentioned it in the first place and he wouldn’t have made the mistake.

This series was personal for me because I’m chronically ill and on disability income. Yes, it is true we cannot get married without losing our benefits. (NO WE DO NOT HAVE MARRIAGE EQUALITY UNTIL WE CAN GET MARRIED but anyway) Simple things got messed up and it’s incredibly heartbreaking because we don’t really get disability representation (even actors playing characters in wheelchairs are able-bodied.)

Anyway, to help, you can disrupt conversations about universal marriage equality and educate folks about disability marriage inequality. You can learn more about disability asset limits and the crip tax to become a better advocate and ally for the disability community. You can also speak out against this. Consider contacting your legislators and share your story and/or opinion. Your voice matters, and you should never underestimate how powerful your advocacy can be.

Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. No this isn’t spam. Disabled people deserve better.

**Too Far is Book 3 in the Boys of Lake Chapel series. You must read Too Safe and Too Fast before you can read this book. If you don't, you will be completely lost. And secondly, head the triggers please. They are there for a reason. Use them. **

Our girl finally gets her happily ever after, but you best believe that Abby made you work for it....

From the very start with Too Safe I knew that my feelings for these boys would change, and they did. Kylian, Kendrick, Decker and Locke were all boys in need of healing. And in their journey of love and healing they not only hurt themselves, but they hurt Josephene. For these boys she was the one thing they could have never anticipated. She was the one piece of their future that they couldn't have factored in no matter how hard they tried. Yet, when she fell into place with them, she instantly became a piece of home they never knew they needed.

And yet... the love they shared wasn't enough because there were big forces at play stopping them from getting to their happily ever after. If you are like me, you were predicting what would come to pass and well, let me tell you how wrong I was.

What happened in this book I could have not predicted no matter how hard, and I tried. There were moments when I was so livid, I had to walk away and other moments where I couldn't see the pages because the tears wouldn't stop.

This review is very sparse on actual details, and it needs to be. If you have read an Abby Millsaps book before (which you should have at least read two if you are at this point in this review) then you know that she is going to make you mad, she is going to make you cry, maybe multiple times but by the end you are going to be so captivated by the words written that you will just say thank you.

The Boys of Lake Chapel came in and completely changed the game for why choose romance and now I am not ready to say goodbye. All I can hope is that we will get a bit more from this world before we truly have to say goodbye. (Not a hint at something I know that you don't know, just wishful thinking.)

What a great HEA for Joey and her guys 🩷

Definitely read this series if you like:
✨ Why Choose
✨ Football Romance
✨ Chronic Illness Rep
✨ Mental Health Rep
✨ Lots of spice …🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

The final installment to the Boys of Lake Chapel series is the most angsty of the three. But amongst the moments of wanting to shake some sense into a certain male character, I enjoyed the tender and sweet moments with Joey and her guys. I especially love Locke and Kylian and their relationship with Joey; my top scenes involved those three.

My favorite part of this series is the representation of chronic illness and mental health. I love how each character is loved for all their parts and supported on both their good and bad days.

I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest opinion.

UPDATE: After further thought, even though this doesn’t effect the GR stars, I’m rating this one 3.75⭐️

Note: This is a vague review since you must read books 1 & 2 prior.

・ 。゚☆:Too Far *.☽ .*:☆゚

⁺₊★·.´🎧✩°。 0:56 ──♡───── 3:32 ⁺₊🎧★·.·´

In Lake Chapel, Josephine Meyer (h) finds herself entangled with four compelling and dominant men: Locke, Kylian, Kendrick, and Decker. Each one owns a piece of her—mind, body, heart, and soul. Together, they are building something profound: a forever kind of love that defies the odds. Joey is ready to fight for them, wait for them, and support them through any challenge. Their connection is tested under the relentless scrutiny of cameras and media, but she clings to the private moments they share away from the mansion. These fleeting escapes are her sanctuary, a reminder of what they’re fighting to protect.

─── ・ 。゚☆: THOUGHTS*.☽ .*:☆゚. ───

[Decker]

“Decker. Stop.” I pull back and run my palms up his chest. Pressing into his shoulders, I force him still. “One minute. Sixty seconds. One minute where it’s just you and me. No contracts. No lawyers. No outside world.”

“One minute,” he repeats warily, as if he can’t fathom letting his guard down for even the briefest of moments

Yeah, Decker really didn’t pull through in this book. It’s a bummer because I was hoping he’d find a way to work things out and mesh better with the rest of the group. Instead, he came off as kind of a doormat, especially with his dad pushing him around. I get that he was stuck in a tough spot with his contracts and all, but it felt like he just didn’t find his footing with the harem dynamics. His late entry into the group just felt awkward and forced. By the time he was trying to fit in, everyone else had already established their roles and relationships, so his integration felt a bit off and disconnected. It was like he was playing catch-up with their likes and dislikes while they had already settled into their rhythms. It’s hard to get invested in his character when he’s coming in so late to the game. And then there’s the whole football career thing. Decker giving up football felt like a huge shift, and honestly, it was a letdown for me. It was such a big part of his identity, and even though he said he didn’t care, it was hard not to. I kind of envisioned him with a different trajectory, one where his football career was more integral to his story and his growth. So, yeah, Decker’s storyline didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I wanted to see him thrive and really become part of the group, but instead, it felt like he was just stumbling through the motions and missing out on the dynamic that was already in place.

[Locke]

“My arthritis isn’t getting any better, Hot Girl. In the future, if I need disability benefits, it would be significantly easier to get approved without a spouse.”

Locke has been the classic boy-next-door type who hides his insecurities behind a playful grin. He dances around vulnerability like it’s hot lava, because deep down, he fears being no one’s first choice. It’s both sad and endearing. Reading about Locke is like peeling back the layers of an onion — the more you learn, the more you get why he flirts and jokes. His humorous facade is a defense mechanism, and you find yourself wanting to give him a stern talking to about his worth being intrinsic, not defined by others. Honestly, someone give him a hug 😕💖. Locke’s arthritis really adds another layer to his character. It’s clear that he and Joey have a special bond, especially when it comes to managing his condition. The way they work together when he has bad days is so touching. Joey’s support and dedication to making sure he’s okay, even on the roughest days, really highlights the depth of their connection. It’s great to see how Joey doesn’t just offer support but actively helps him through those tough moments. She’s there for him, making sure he’s comfortable and coping as best as he can. Even though Locke knows he’ll have to deal with bad days, the fact that Joey is willing to be there for him through it all speaks volumes about her commitment and love. Their relationship is a great example of how true support goes beyond just the good times. Joey’s unwavering presence is a testament to how strong their bond really is.

[Kylian]

“Hi, baby,” Kylian murmurs. His attention is still glued to his phone, but he loops one arm under my knees and pulls my legs across his lap, arranging me the way he wants me. “Okay?” he asks, finally peering up to make sure I’m comfortable.

He understands and caters to Joey so beautifully. His aversion to physical touch makes his moments of connection with her all the more poignant. You can’t help but smile when you see him go out of his way to ensure she’s taken care of. He’s the purest soul, and his relationship with Joey tugs at my heartstrings. I love how he seeks out words of affirmation to make sure Joey feels okay. It’s like he’s always trying to bridge that emotional gap and make sure she knows he’s there for her, not just physically but emotionally as well. His gentle nature is a stark contrast to the more intense personalities in the group, and it really shows how much he genuinely cares. Kylian’s ability to notice the little things and respond to her needs with such thoughtfulness makes him stand out. He’s like this gentle giant who’s always looking out for Joey’s well-being, and it’s hard not to fall for that kind of dedication. His approach to their relationship is so heartfelt and sincere—he’s definitely the kind of guy you just want to root for.

[Kendrick]

The concern in her expression is like a punch to the gut, but I raise my chin and give her a half smile. “Miss me, Mama?”

“Don’t you ever do something like that again, Kendrick. I swear to god—”

“I’m gonna stop you right there. It was the right thing to do, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.”

He’s the one who’s consistently there for Joey, offering encouragement while reminding her she’s always in control of her own narrative. His ability to be dominant in the bedroom, yet a total sweetheart everywhere else, creates an adorable dichotomy. It’s like he wears the “minion” badge proudly, and his willingness to advocate for her feels so genuine. Kendrick’s move with the whole arrest situation is seriously something. It’s like, he totally put himself on the line for Locke when he stepped in and took the fall after Locke punched that cameraman. That’s a huge deal, especially considering how much it could mess with his pro football career. I mean, talk about dedication. It’s so clear that Kendrick is all in when it comes to Joey and their little family. He’s shown time and time again that he’s not just about the flashy stuff—he’s about protecting what matters most, even if it means sacrificing his own future. He really is a solid guy, despite his rough edges. Now that they’re all in the public eye because of Decker’s actions, Kendrick is doing his best to shield Joey from the chaos. It’s like he’s trying to keep her safe and sane amid all the madness. You can see how much he cares by the way he’s working to minimize the stress and harm that comes her way. It’s not just about keeping her safe physically; it’s about protecting her from being overwhelmed by everything going on. Kendrick’s really stepping up as this devoted protector, and it’s hard not to appreciate how he’s balancing all these pressures to keep Joey safe. It’s clear he’ll go to great lengths for her, and that kind of loyalty and commitment is definitely something to admire.

─── ・ 。゚☆: OVERALL*.☽ .*:☆゚. ───

While the third book had its moments, it ultimately fell short of expectations, especially when it came to Decker’s character. I was really hoping for more depth and development from him, but instead, he seemed to struggle with fitting into the harem dynamic and lost some of the impact that I’d anticipated. The story had its highlights, particularly with other characters like Kylian and Locke, but overall, Decker's storyline felt underwhelming and didn’t quite deliver the punch I was hoping for.

☆ 5/5 & 4/5 spice

“You’re the most precious thing in my life, Josephine. The most crucial piece of the puzzle. The most important part of this family. It’s an honor and a privilege to get to spend a lifetime loving you.”

The sadness that consumed me after finishing this book and realizing it was the last in the series. Seriously going to miss the Boys of Lake Chapel and Jo, I’m not ready to say goodbye to this emotional rollercoaster of a series that made me obsessed with why choose romance. I felt so much happiness seeing the progression of their relationship and the character developments.

I was loving how we got to see so much more of Kendrick and his sisters in this book and their relationship with Jo. The interaction and small moments between them was so heartwarming. In the first book, I had a love/hate relationship with Kendrick, but after seeing how much of a softie he is for Jo and the others made me change my mind. He was so supportive and always there for Jo, his family, and the guys.

Also stats daddy Kylian had me kicking my feet screaming and blushing. The mouth on this man was pure filth and I loved it. Also the interaction with the guys + Jo, oh my god it was so freaking hot. Also we finally got a boat play scene and I was totally here for it. The spice did not disappoint.

I’m still reeling over the fact that this is the ending of the series, but the ending was just perfect. Thank you Abby for creating this amazing series. Can’t wait for Hunter’s story.

This was such a great conclusion to an amazing trilogy! I loved Joey and all her men, but I have to say Kylian was special, he’s one of my favorite book boyfriends of all time. I love the family these four created. I will forever be obsessed with this series.

The third and final book in the Boys of Lake Chapel series! This was quite a bit spicier, but it was a bit repetitive, the conflicts all seemed a bit silly to me, but when all 4 or 5 of them came together 🥵

“Yes sir,” he finally replies, never taking his eyes off hers. “Careful, Daddy,” Jojo rhapsodizes, smoothing her hands up his bare chest. “He’ll like it too much if we both call him sir.” Fuck yeah. We’re doing this.

I really enjoyed this series very much, let me start off by saying I was hooked from the start. Here’s the dreaded but. But I just started to feel like what tf is it about Josephine that has all four of these men so feral for her? I feel like she wasn’t fleshed out very well, she just felt like someone who needed saved and they all had a need to protect her, even from each other at times. I just wish we saw her as more than just a victim or as a plaything

“They’re good boys,” I declare before anyone else can respond. “They can wait their turn.”

The way this series has had me in a chokehold is ridiculous! I am obsessed with everything about this series! What a way to end the series. It exceeded my expectations for what I was hoping for in this last instalment of the series. The twists and turns, the spice (holy hot batman!). I just loved everything about it. These characters have left their mark (I am looking at you stats daddy)!

I won't say too much about the plot, as I don't want to spoil anything but the series follows Jo, who is looking for a fresh start, new town, new school... what could possibly go wrong. When she witnesses something she shouldn't, she is suddenly being held captive by four very attractive college boys. Secrets and past trauma's start to come to light as the group try and navigate everything life has to throw at them.

This series has been one of my favourite reads this year, the writing is so effortless, the spice is PHENOMENAL (like you have no idea how many times it made me blush!), I was captivated with the plot and these characters from page one, and each book has only gotten better.

Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

This book turned up the spice a lot with all the group scenes we got to enjoy, but my favorite aspect was the emotional rollercoaster it put me through. In the end it was all worth it because we got a most glorious ending for Joey and her boys. The epilogue was perfect! However, I do wish Decker's ending had been a little bit different. I don't want to go into details to avoid spoilers, but his ending (I'm talking his personal storyline, not romance arc) is the only one I'm not wholly satisfied with. He is Decker freaking Crusade, a legend, so I wanted something more legendary for him. I was also surprised at how easily the mess from the ending of book 2 was resolved. But again, the ending was perfect, the emotions I felt were many, and I love the characters so much!

This series did so much for me

On a personal level this series helped me in ways I cannot explain.

The characters and their love and how they fought for each other was so beautifully depicted. Thank you for their story and these characters 🥹🫶🏻

Also all the My Wife bits got me so good 🫠

Wow. Abby! This was such an amazing conclusion to this series! I absolutely adored it. There were some tragic parts, parts which hurt my heart and my soul for our characters. But the majority of this book was absolutely delectable that I practically unhinged my jaw and swallowed it in one fell swoop. THIS SERIES IS SO GOOD I simply cannot wait to get started on Hunters story next.

Well that was one hell of a ride and I'm so sad to see this rollercoaster end!! This was packed full with spice, action, drama, love, and relationships. Oh boy were those spicy scenes HOT!! 🥵🔥 This was so fun and definitely my favorite of the series! The realizations, the things that were said and done but needed to happen to work out other parts was just perfect. Highly recommend!!!
