Used for the exam prep for the Cambridge CPE certification. It is a self study book so you'll find everything you need in the book (you'll have to get the audio files from their official website). There hasn't been a new version since this from over ten years ago, so I'm assuming nothing much has changed about the preparation.

This book dissects each and every single section of the Proficiency exam.
What I found particularly useful about it is its enlightening answer key section, which guide you as to how exactly you should perform each task.
Overall, it has proven highly informative for me and I therefore strongly recommend it.
