This book was the first one I read when my son was first diagnosed with severe food allergies. It is a great introduction to food allergies and helps you understand a lot about food sensitivities and how to find all of them with the help of a rotation diet. Since my son is allergic to legumes as well there is a lot of recipes we couldn't do and the recipes are not necessary kid friendly but we loved the pancakes, muffins and crackers recipes. Those were a life saver for our allergic toddler at the time.
