It was a very easy book to read with lots of good information. It broke everything down to be understood for those who are new to the mental skills field. I also enjoyed the questions that could be used for each section.
Lots of helpful info to help keep me focused and recognize issues as they come up. Sometimes we know things but have never verbalized so it is great to read a concise summary.
