I own a lot of parenting books. This one is a must-read for all single moms of boys. Very empowering and encouraging and uplifting!

As a remarried single mother I found this book to have exactly what I was looking for! With three children (one of them a son) who are growing up without their biological father I often wondered about ways I can give them what he refused to give them. It was refreshing to learn that I was enough and enjoyed all the advice about ways to make up for things that they might be lacking due to his absence. Great book!
