Loved this! Short and sweet, it provided just what a solo vegan woman hiker (although not exclusively for this population) would need to know. I will definitely refer back to this when it comes time to gather supplies and pack.

This book was super short and not really worth getting, as you'll want a book with a lot more information in it, as well as a training plan

And for a book directed at women on the mountain the one off hand reference to menstruation needs was a surprise- I would've expected more on that subject since this book seems geared toward inexperienced hikers that may have questions about that

A very short and to the point guide. Only to be recommended when you have read other material on climbing Mt Kilimanjaro. And even so, I still not think it's worth more than 2 stars, for some reason the writing/narrative wasn't flowing.
