Read Under a Graveyard Sky in 2013 after having read many of John Ringo's books. Fell in love with the whole idea and haven't stopped reading them since. This continues the anthologies of great writers adding to the story of the world now in recovery after a zombie apocalypse. Always great stories. Hope the tradition continues.
As is usual for a book in one of John’s universe. The authors are top notch and deliver an outstanding batch of stories that will keep you turning pages.
Collection of short stories in the Black Tide Rising series.
Most of the stories have a more "hopeful" dimension... where people have survived the zombie apocalypse (and the end of the world) and now are starting to rebuild.
I enjoy these looks into how various people dealt with the zombie apocalypse. Some people rise to the challenge, others take advantage. There's a bit of sameness to the stories, but that's to be expected.
A nice assortment of stories, all fours and fives. My favorites were Extraction (Birmingham), Isle of Masks and Blood (Trent), For the Triumph of Evil (Ibson), Let Freedom Ring (Barber), and Do Not Steal (Todd).
More great short stories from the Darkness Rising Universe. Written by talented authors, they emphasize the theme of rebuilding the world devastated by the plague. They are stories of hope reborn. Enjoy.
Very good set of short stories based on the time after the fall. Enjoyable set of circumstances and characters. A good look at the way the world might rebuild. Hope there are more volumes.
It's a zombie anthology about various pockets of survival from Ringo's zombie series written by various authors. Some of these stories advance various other of the stories from "We Shall Rise" and adds a few new stories.
