Signs of the Times

Rate this book
In answer to the enthusiastic response which greeted the author’s previous books on prophecy and because of the great demand for more of this unique and outstanding material, this new volume of prophetic messages has been compiled. Taken from Dr. De Haan’s power messages given over the world-wide broadcast facilities of the Radio Bible Class, these are scholarly dissertations on the significant prophetic signs which have come to pass in our time. There are few who are better qualified to analyze world events in the light of the Scriptures than the beloved teacher of the Radio Bible Class. His extensive background of study and knowledge in the scientific world, together with his inspired wisdom concerning the spiritual truths of the Word, combine to make him one of the outstanding Bible teachers of this or any other day. The messages contained in the volume have been selected because of the unusual blessing received by listeners when they were first delivered over the air. It is the author’s earnest prayer that the blessing received by his listeners may be greatly multiplied in the hearts of all who read this book. The following are some of the messages set forth in The Sign of the Jew. Will Conditions get Better? The Sign of Russia. Gog and Magog in Revelation. The Sin of the Angels. The Atomic Bomb. The Hell Bomb. No Place to Hide.

Interesting to read how the author viewed the current events of his time in light of the hope of the rapture and second coming of Christ.

Highly repetitive and of very little value to satanists. Barely touches on what happens during the tribulations. Was, however, helpful for me to understand why my church as a kid taught us that the rapture was likely to happen within my lifetime.
