Charles Coe, local Boston singer and poet, gave a reading last fall in Jamaica Plain that I attended. He was the featured poet of a group of 3 or 4 and was by far the most accomplished. I bought this book because of a poem he read entitled "Long Live the Queen" which brought tears to my eyes. I was lucky enough to see Miss Ella Fitzgerald, as she was always introduced, in concert once at Hill Auditorium and she was a marvel.
