This lightweight package covering the first four DWTS seasons isn't going to tell fans a whole lot more than they can get watching the competition and results shows. But fans will enjoy revisiting past seasons and competitors via the many color pictures and breathless descriptions of DWTS life. Complete song lists and season results are included. The fitness exercises can be found in any standard exercise book except these have a ballroom dance twist: bicep curls and shoulder stretches are under "paso doble arms and shoulders."
Loved this book! Especially that it took the time to list all of the stars that have competed on the selected seasons, AND all the music and scores they got in the whole show!
I enjoyed the first half of the book describing the dances even though it's only the first 4 seasons. The last half of the book is stretches and Pilates type workout moves. Time for another book!
