This is a collection of traditional quilting patterns. Machine quilting done on these quilts are minimalistic mostly hand quilting and stitch in the ditch. I liked several of the quilts especially TURNING LEAVES-140 and the swirling star block in STARS AND STRIPES-164.

BROKEN WHEELS
KANSAS DUGOUT
SEVERAL LOG CABIN VARIATIONS
FLORAL BLOCKS
SNOW BALLS

Many of the blocks were large composed of four quadrants and mirror images.

I made two blocks of the quilt on the cover for a Round Robin. I had to rip out seams a lot for the first one, but the second time around was much easier.
I really like the quilt patterns in this book.

This book had some very good patterns in it with a range of ability levels. There are several in here that I would be interested in making.
