I highly recommend reading by anyone having to deal with a child having this condition! It helps you to understand the child better, how to make modifications and prove structure and discipline necessary to aid the child to grow into a better equipped adult.

The book gives you a good introduction to Asperger's, answers a lot of the initial questions a parent might have after the diagnosis.

Parts of this book were interesting but I didn't learn anything new from it. Additionally, it was very American in its focus, detailing American organisations and the American education system.
