The medical profession's striving to provide good health drew me into this profession. I graduated from college with a degree in psychology, biology, and chemistry, from medical school as a medical doctor and the Mayo Clinic as a specialist in allergy and immunology. I diagnosed and treated thousands of patients with food sensitivity and developed a diet that relieved this sensitivity. It eased my migraine patients' headaches and reversed my Alzheimer's dementia. I dedicated myself to helping the sufferers of these debilitating diseases recover as I recovered. They deserve to live in independence and with clear minds.

Helpful. He does a great job of explaining how allergies work, with good examples that are easy to understand. His theory about MALS foods seems unique and I hope it truly helps a lot of people. I wondered the whole time reading it whether it is still accurate 15 years later. Just kind of stumbled upon it and I haven't researched whether this has been added to or disproved or something since then.
