Just down the road from Adventure Bay is Builder Cove, a town where Rubble and his family work together on construction challenges of all kinds. Nickelodeon’s Rubble & Crew is an animated series filled with family, fun, and teamwork.
In "On the Job," Rubble and his construction pup family need to fix the roof of City Hall. The book focuses on how they work together as a team to get the job done.
Children need to learn about teamwork early so they will be productive members of their community, and I truly believe in this message.
“I liked Motor, she’s the cutest dog. And she’s the smallest and I am small too. My favorite part was that Mix likes to paint because I like to paint.” - Luke
On the Job introduces us to the pups in Rubble’s crew! This is really just an introduction to the pups, so there isn’t much of a storyline. The illustrations are fantastic, and the text is nice for kids who are just starting to learn to read.
This book had lots of information about outdoor and heavy-machine work, with good pictures and easy words. Good for ages 2-8. I liked how the book stressed leadership, working together, and being helpful to others!
Wasn’t this book exactly but I couldn’t find the exact book on here. My son picked it out & I read it to my son & daughter. They weren’t too interested in it but they kind of were at first.
