Val's little brother Teddy is not afraid of anything. That's why Sparky, the new class bully, is picking on him. Val wants to help Teddy fight his battles, but Teddy won't say one word about Sparky - not one word.

When Doc and Val answer the call, they find a cat that's close to dying. Then Val asks the name of the pet and his owner, and she gets one big surprise.
