A delightful dip into the world of the Georgians.
This book accompanies the British Library's exhibition about the life and times of the Georgians. As such the book aims to provide a visual reference of some of the sumptuous books, pictures and paintings displayed at the British Librar -the text is there to annotate rather than provide an in depth explanation. As a history enthusiast I love this book, it doesn't provide immense detail but it is highly engaging and a most for anyone interested in the 18th century
