This book was enlightening. Being a part of the military doesn't mean you are keyed into the struggles of your fellow service members. This book sheds new light on the struggle of PTS and gave hope for tomorrow. It gives the reader tools to help instead of standing on the sidelines and watching as a brother or sister in arms circles until they crash in flames. This is an outstanding read for our veterans who are trying to find their way. Recommend it highly and as good a read as the book is, Brian Fleming is a great speaker as well.
