This is a well written book with short stories from people that have been there. There are titles like "Do everything you can to express your love". Very easy to read with a short bible scripture at the end
I used this book as an opener for the marriage class I teach at my church. It is basically a daily devotional that starts with a piece of marriage advice from a couple who have been married at least 50 years. They come from all over the country. They have a cute anecdotal story in them that shows where the advice came from. Most of it is very relevant even though the marriages started in the early to mid 1900s. We obviously still have the same challenges in our own world. The only con about this book is the Bible version used. Every day is a different version. Many times, the version used (and there are many) has so paraphrased the verse that it doesn't even mean what the original Greek says. I ended up using my own studies to understand the concept and apply a Bible verse from the original KJV.
