If I weren't already master of re-working a recipe so completely that it's untraceable to its confounded roots, it would be a little bit ridiculous for me (as a grain-free real-foodie GAPSter) to be reading any cookbook other than a specialty, real-food cookbook ... but I am not a food technician. It is not in me to follow recipes as written.

This book sports recipe ideas that I can use!

If you love peanut butter and wouldn't mind having it at every meal of the day, this book has the recipes to help you do so. There are no strange or hard to find ingredients, at the least for me. But if there are ingredients mentioned for others that are not known to them, the authors do a nice job in describing these ingredients in the front of the book. The recipe directions are easy and straight forward and again, there are plenty recipes to try for any of your day's meals. There is a fun "br ...more

I am a peanut butter fan. I love peanut butter cookies, pie, milk shakes so I had to buy this cookbook. Unfortunately a lot of the recipes sound just horrible. I guess I like peanut butter in sweet things not savory things. I remember once going to a Chinese buffet and got some of the peanut butter chicken. That is one of the worst things I have ever put into my mouth.
