Stéphane Mallarmé (French: [stefan malaʁme]; 18 March 1842 – 9 September 1898), whose real name was Étienne Mallarmé, was a French poet and critic. He was a major French symbolist poet, and his work anticipated and inspired several revolutionary artistic schools of the early 20th century, such as Dadaism, Surrealism, and Futurism.

C'était bien doux mais j'ai rien compris

Il est certes parfois difficile à lire, mais qu'est ce que c'est beau. Je le placerais dans mes poètes préférés; oui on a mal à la tête comme j'ai dit, mais les phrases, la syntaxe et les mots, leur coordination c'est vraiment fort. Je ne connais pas bien le personnage mais les images qu'il renvoie dans ses textes, elles, sont belles et concises, il sait ce qu'il veut faire voir et ressentir.
