I heard coloring can help lower stress so I figured, why not give it a try, and found this coloring book for 4 dollars on Amazon.com. I didn't want something too simple and glad this book provides pages that will take a fairly amount of time to finish. The owls are adorable and looking at them does put a bit of a smile on my face. Perfect for both children and adults as the book implies. I used coloring pencils which worked perfect but would not recommend using markers as the pages are thin that it will bleed through and ruin the picture on the other side.
