Tim Miller has one of the most creative minds of any author I have read in a long time. Revenge of the Three the 2nd book in The Hand of God series finds former Pastor Charlie Sims , who is now a funeral home attendant, in a whole new world of shit. After defeating the Bishop (the Father) , finding out he is a nephlilim, and that everything he devoted his life to in the Bible was a lie, he finds himself facing the Holy Ghost. After killing another sinner he also ends up in a battle with the Mexi ...more

A few years has passed since the first book and Pastor Charlie is back. He is working in a funeral home, hasn't had any visions and hasn't killed anyone lately. Then weird things happen, people die and Lucifer shows up. In the first book, Charlie had a run in with Jesus now it is The Holy Ghost who is causing problems. This book is well written and the pacing is good. I liked the first book The Hand of God (Pastor Charlie) a lot and gave it five stars because the supernatural aspects were so une ...more

I listened to this in Tim Miller's The Hand of God Trilogy. I was gifted a copy of the audiobook by the author/narrator in exchange for and honest review. No enumeration was involved.

The Hand of God, #1
The Revenge of the Three, #2
The Hand of Hell, #3

An interesting spiritual twist, and a good horror story, the second book in the trilogy continues the battle of Charley with his other worldly adversaries.
