Ok, so I know this was supposed to be "daily" inspirations but I got bored and sat down and read the whole thing! I think this would be a great book for beginners, who have no idea what-so-ever how to change their lifestyle and eating habits. A lot of the information is repeated through out the book; but I guess that's the point. To re-enforce the lessons learned and keep the reader on track. The mantra is "Eat better, Eat less, Exercise more"! Good advice for everyone!
several times I thought she was a little too high and mighty - sit down next to a heavy person on the bus and tell them about a new diet? I'd smack you if you tried that! But basically good.
