Seek Joy, Find Beauty, Share Love

Rate this book
Give yourself a respite from the everyday with inspirational nature photography and light meditative passages.

This book is a gift that I am drawn to share from my heart which I call "Seek Joy, Find Beauty, Share Love". Even though it makes a wonderful gift, I want you to first gift it to yourself.

In meditation, you may find that the experience is richer when you fill your mind with enriching thoughts that correlate with the intention you set prior to each sitting.

In "Seek Joy" you will find many clarifying questions, reflections and positive inflow to assist in your meditation practice or in teaching workshops. The beautiful images of nature included will speak to you with surprising simplicity and depth.

"Amazing! I will never look at a flower the same way again!" Rekha

"Your pictures and words have a soothing effect.
They make me feel peaceful and good inside." Violeta

Read it before your bedtime or meditation practice. Use it as your meditation, reflecting on some of the short, light passages and how they relate to your journey. It will illuminate areas of your life where you are seeking more clarity.

This book is available as an softcover art book in full-color and with more pictures, pages and content. Please go to: http://bit.ly/19PFzHz and order it as a gift or to add to your art book collection.

Saira does a great job of choosing inspirational phrases, thoughts and incorporating beautiful photos. My only complaint is that some of the photos seem repetitive. I felt like I was looking at the same group of purple flowers over and over from similar angles. I will re-read this book because it came to me at a time that I need to keep repeating it's message to myself. She has a beautiful perspective on life and the book is motivating in simple but reflective ways.
