I think this book is pretty interesting and, in not so many pages, explains really well the fundamental points of attachment, and how it's related to the way we develop relationships, emotional and physically.
Anyway, it may be not easy to fit in one of the three basic labels, specially if your attachment is not secure, for example, if you are committed to other people and you are there always, but at the same time you need space and don't need the others to be around you offering their help when you're the one who need it and you're more comfortable giving yourself to people, than receiving from the others...
