A Stranger’s Embrace by Imogene Nix was a quick fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed. The characters Davis and Jane were sweet and engaging. Their story had just enough action and intrigue to keep me interested without feeling I wasn't getting enough plot to go with the heat. As this was my first book by author Ms. Nix, I felt lost a few times by some of the secondary characters, mainly Jake and Cailleach. If you read Imogene's book "Blame The Wine", then you'll recognize some of the characters in this book.

Cupid has a mission. On the surface, it seems like it won't be much of a challenge to get the love connection happening between Davis and Jane. But of course there are always some obstacles in life.

This story had a little of everything to me... Sweetness, sexiness, humor, danger, excitement, sadness, happiness... Imogene is a great story teller. I was able to complete it in a couple of days tim
