In addition to writing several textbooks ranging from 1st to 11th editions, she also has books on health, nutrition, and biopolitics. Dr. Judi aims to help students and the general population understand the science around us and about us in ways that are captivating. A self-described humanist, her classrooms are welcoming while her outreach messages are inviting. Would have liked to have seen a little more focus on the origin of some of the Latin and Greek roots and their meanings. But overall, felt like it was a well written book.
