A wonderful cookbook filled with fabulous recipes from places like Italy, France, Morroco, Thailand, India, Mexico, Guatemala, and California. Delicious ways of cooking fruits and vegetables found in local markets (or the grocery store). One does not need to be a vegetarian to enjoy this book. Everything I´ve made from these pages has been delicious. The delightful drawings on each page make this cookbook an enjoyable read. Well worth owning a copy.
