The Complete Guide to Flower Arranging by Jane Packer (DK Ltd. 1995)(745.92) is a manual and "how-to" guide to build any type of flower arrangement from formal to whimsical. This is by far the best volume on the subject that I have seen. I shall use this one as a reference. My rating: 7.5/10, finished 1997.
