Introducing NAKED, the dark and sexy new adult series from New York Times bestselling author Kelly Favor. And now the series continues with book four...
Caelyn Murphy is broken.
She's broken because of something that was done to her--something she can't even bear to think about. So she does the only thing she can think of...she runs. Away from her Ivy League college, away from her perfect life, and away from the man who hurt her. Only she runs straight into...
Elijah.
Elijah Daniels is hardened from a life that's seen the worst the world has to offer. But when he meets Caelyn, he knows there’s something different about her. She's been through hell and back, but she hasn't given up.
Caelyn can see that Elijah is gorgeous on the outside, but she also knows he's dangerous. And the last man she trusted hurt her so badly, she may be beyond repair.
But the harder she tries to resist, the more Elijah’s persistence strips her of her armor and leaves her naked and vulnerable.
In the end, neither of them will be able to predict just how far they might have to go to save themselves...and each other.

After going through some terrible ordeals, Caelyn and Elijah realize that love is above all else. That no matter what obstacles are in your way, and no matter how bleak things look, if you believe, it will be so. That you can always be together, even when your not. That even though family, friends, school, the law, and life seem to be against you, if you stick together things have a way of working themselves out.
This is a very tame story about young love. Probably best suited to high schoolers or young adults. The main character of this story Elijah was a tad to cheesy for me. He was always fighting and stealing and being an all around douche to most people. He was trying to be protective, but came off leaving me thinking what in the hell Caelyn saw in him.
I found this the worst of all 4 "books" in the series.. Elijah is just getting on my nerve, playing all mysterious and tough when he is actually being an immature idiot.. I just feel pity for the girl, I liked them as a couple before but the author is turning them both into douch..s . The cliffhanger was like MEH, it didn't leave me on the edge or wanting more.. I'm sorry, this chapter/book didn't deliver. The thing I liked the most (almost made me yay) was the way caelyn reacted when elijah told her to leave, in the firsts pages.. finally a girl who doesn't collapse! at least not in front of him.. And she can stand up for herself too, I like that.
This book in the series was better than the last two for sure, I feel like it is starting to progress the story a little bit more. Caelyn's friends and family are really annoying. I am glad that Kelly Favor didn't waste too much time on the break up between her and Elijah. Also it ended like the first one really making me want to move on to the next one instead of wishing there weren't more to get through. Also, there was finally some sexual passion in this one.. it only took 4 books to get there. I still am not really liking the whole i'm going to fix the broken thug thing but I am not one to give up on a series, I just hope it continues to get better.

Brutal, Brutal story. What is the purpose of this story as Elijah was a loser and Caelyn was I don't even know what she was - I mean no wander her parents didn't believe anything she said, she took no responsibilty for anything she did, he sister was a freaking nutcase who deserved a crack in the face but when the going got tough and Elijah wasn't around she goes back to her parents house with a physco sister but as soon as Elijah came back into the picture she would take of again - horrible story and too many books to get through it.
Elijah and Caelyn are always fighting the odds, trying to stay together. But when they split for a short while they always get together again. Caelyn tries to go back to school and her friends tell her to stay away from both men. But one night Caelyn and her friends are at a bar and Elijah and his friends are at the same bar, and they see one another.
Starting to really dislike Elijah's character. He is very selfish and Caelyn is weak enough to put up with anything he does. Ends in another cliffhanger like most novella serial's. Not really sure where the author is going after this installment, but hopefully after this one of the two have a wake up call and they can get back on track.
I just don't know if anything good can come of this relationship. He is truly set on being a criminal. She literally has no one. Her family sucks. Jayson is obsessed, I am sure the door is not closed on his machinations. On to next book.
What an ending on this one! It's going to be hard to sit back and wait for #5 with this cliffhanger. I once again can't believe the nerve of her parents. What a couple of jerks!!! I really like Elijah but she needs to give him that ultimatum asap.
