this... kind of sucked. idk. it started off pretty strong. it was more melancholy in the beginning then i thought it'd be, but i think it had some really good moments of exploring the feeling of being an 'adult' and yet not reaching the milestones society wants you to reach. but then the family drama started and it was so poorly done. it infuriated me. and it just kind of stumbled into the finish line.
This was a really cute series. It was funny, awkward, and kept me on the edge on my seat. I loved all the characters and really got invested in all of their storylines. Now to watch the anime!
What a sweet ending . So heartwarming story , the characters are wonderful to follow . A lot of times people are forgiven for their wrongs really lightly from an over thinker character which is totally not realistic. In conclusion , I loved the drama ,the characters , the geography, the plot was fun and it was a good time.
I feel like the issues surrounding Rika and her mother was wrapped up way too neatly compared to all of the trouble that Rika’s mother inadvertently caused. Overall though, I really liked Rika and Oohara’s overall dynamic and how they impacted each other for the better. This was a really cute series and I liked both of Rika and Oohara’s individual quirks.
Overall: 4.5 stars I didn't love the first volume, but I soon became very attached and could not STOP reading this!! This was soo cute and wholesome!! I want this to be in 10 years lol
