The book is an enlightening read - I've never read the Yoga Sutras so cannot comment on that but I believe the author does a very good job of explaining in lay terms the essence of the great Patanjali's writings. The book also has illustrated simple activities which can be implemented in our very lives to attain peace and tranquility. Entirely accessible and much recommended.

Good book and concise information.
Examples and stories used in this book are not that great though in my opinion.
