Great overview and reference source

Good balance of detail and high picture explanations. I recommend this as a foundation for group interaction. A 2020 or '21 update is expected.

Beautiful book, too bad it is sometimes too technical and not really suitable for ignorant people like me. In part this is volume full of predictions quite dramatic, but also any strategies aimed at improving the present and future situations.
