I had finished this a while back and taken some recipes down. I had wanted to put them here but I seem to have misplaced my notes. Haha.

This was an interesting book to read after brewing my own beer, mead and cyser. While less scientific and precise, there was a more knowledgeable air to it. This was someone who clearly put cider apples to good use. The hints would be really good for someone wanting to make a great cider for themselves. It may even be good for cideries to look at some older English recipes to start to think about how to do better commercial ciders.
