I am trying to put the lessons of Mussar in action in my life. So far--about 50,50. This is extremely helpful and I am making this a focus.

A good introduction to the character traits one cultivates through the Jewish practice of Mussar. The book is divided up into chapters for each character trait, with a short exercise at the end to cultivate the trait. There are things I like about this philosophy, and others that I found a little harder to relate to. Interesting to learn about.
