Loved it!

Woo hoo! It's getting intense. What's going to happen now? Who is going to be on top? The action is getting intense and the ice stories are becoming increasingly intense. Luna and Bishop are great together, can't wait to see what's next.

I really enjoyed this third foray into the dystopian world of Defiance (and Keller). Salvation picked up where Redemption left off - this time from the point of view of Luna. At first I was unsure - Bishop and Luna? My mind was put at ease almost immediately. As the story unfolds, we are made privy to things that transpired - previously unrevealed backstory to the front burner Mathias and Jessa in book two. We are also introduced to new characters who are not quite what they seem: Keller, Kammy ...more

If you haven’t read the first two books in this series yet, I would strongly encourage you to go back and read them before reading Salvation. First, because they’re crack-a-licious. Second, because while this third installment does a good job of filling in the picture on characters introduced two books ago, I think it might not have as much punch if you hadn’t read those books.

For those who have read the first two books, I think you’ll find this a nice ride down memory lane with a few detours to

I liked that with this book we learned more of the world, both pre and post Chaos and what the characters roles were in them.

It was interesting to see how Bishop adapted to Keller's way of life. I was stunned when Luna took off for Keller's compound. I was surprised that she was allowed in and that she was treated so well. I liked that Bishop and Luna had time to work through issues that they had.

It was interesting to see Luna compare life at Keller's to life at Defiance. There were times when

The third Defiance book is violent and deadly, but the story of Bishop and Luna finally comes together in a moving and tender way, that totally seems to counteract the violence surrounding them.

Bishop is balancing the need to do what he has to just to survive and the desperate need to keep Luna safe...Luna just knows that she needs to be with Bishop to keep her heart and soul intact.

Add in a unexpected, budding romance on another front and dangerous intrigue among the MC's that pulls everyone i

Ahh!! I hated that it was over!! Now I am gong through withdrawls! This is one of those series I have to read!! I love it & cannot wait for the next one!!

I usually don't do dystopian books, but this was amazing... A huge storm came through & killed the world... just wiped out most of it! Now people have built cities of refuge under ground. The sun comes out only rarely & several people want to take over main rule. Gov't is bad etc....

Luna runs after Bishop & ends up stuck with him as he pays a

The restless feeling is back. Luna has not felt right since Bishop left Defiance to offer himself in a payoff for his best friend and the safety of his MC, but without ever saying goodbye to her. No longer able to sit around waiting for things to happen around her, Luna takes matters into her own hands, and sneaks off, unprotected, to find Bishop and bring him back.

The past few months in Keller's compound have been anything but easy o

Third book in the Defiance series and a welcome return to this dystopian future where storms and natural disasters have changed the landscape forever. Government as we know it struggles to function and the military are not as in control as would be expected. In this alternative future motorcycle clubs (MCs) dominate the world that's left and might is most definitely right!

This book starts with a prologue of Luna’s that lets the reader know some of her background and why things that have happened at the Defiance compound have affected her in such a manner that they have. It also lets us know about how she and Bishop first met and of her non-relationship relationship with Bishop and that the only reason they haven’t become a couple, is that she has pushed him away.

Then it picks up where book 2, Redemption, ended
After just finishing this book I'm sitting here trying to figure out what to write. This book was amazing and wonderful and I'm still going over in my head where this series could go from here. I loved the ending to the story of Luna and Bishop and I feel satisfied with how this installment ending but I'm raking my mind trying to figure out who the next book will be about. This is the story of the Post-Apocalypse and the life that comes after the devastation. It is a place of violence and uncertainty for women living alone without protection. Luna is such a woman that is fighting to find a way out and a place of refuge where she can live without fear in this Post-Chaos world. Luna had a feeling that things were about to get a lot worse than they were. When she saw one of her best friends being forced back into the compound she knew it did not bode well for what wa ...more

The third book in the Defiance series is a thrilling romance that keeps the reader on the edge of their seat. The one bright spot in Luna’s world is being held against his will by a rival gang and she’s going to get him back. When she’s taken prisoner, Bishop has no choice but to lie and claim her as his, only what’s been building between them is real and undeniable. Good gravy, these poor characters are messed up. In a good way. Because if they weren't tough enough to have survived their messy pasts, I don't think they'd be fitting in quite as well in this post-Chaos world.

Bishop's sacrifice for Matthias at the end of book 2 KILLED ME. Seeing him counting down the days until his contract runs out while trying to keep himself from falling in too deeply with Keller and his crew was tough. Knowing he was doing what he was doing to keep his best friend from thi

Bishop is working for the Irish mafia as a fighter and hit man, having traded himself to them for his best friend. He left the Defiance MC without really saying goodbye to Luna, and she is peeved. So peeved that she drives herself to Keller's world, though it's a treacherous journey. Just like most of the men in this series, Bishop is stoic and secretive, but he does have a thing for Luna.

The book moves their love story forward and also moves the dystopic story along as well. The sun only comes

The Defiance series is truly unique! One can literally visualize the rough leather, Mad Max, Beyond Thunder Dome, bad ass biker Bishop. His tender loving spirit is what all women craves. Yet when playing for keeps, fighting for survival or his brotherhood, the man is a force to be reckon with. An unstoppable Sherman tank, that will kick ass and take names! Even though being surprised by Luna's impromptu visit Bishop is a big ole' softie when it comes to his girl, "he sighed. "We're going to talk about that sh** more, Luna. What the eff were you thinking, making this trip alone? Goddamn lucky you're still alive." I loved the honesty that Bishop had with Luna, "he looked up too and they watched each other in the mirror. This book was pretty original when it came to the plot and setting. A mashup of a MC and apocolyptic world? Hell yes!
Salvation was interesting even though it could have been more exciting, because the majority of the book was dull events and nothing super exciting ever happened to our heroine.
Luna and Bishop were total cutie pies. I loved the way they met in the beginning and how she didn't realize how much she liked him until he left. And I'd also like to give a small shout out to tha

I LOVED the first two books and book 3 SALVATION did not disappoint! After finishing book 2 I had major withdrawals waiting for Bishop & Luna's story, and YAY it's finally here. Although Bishop is lethal, when it comes to Luna he's a big softie. Luna is guarded from a haunted past, and although drawn to Bishop, she pushed him away while he was at Defiance. As they say absence, makes the heart grow fonder, which brings Luna to Keller's camp searching for Bishop. In order to protect her Bishop cla ...more

Salvation is the third book in the Defiance series by Stephanie Tyler.

This series is one that will stick with you. I loved the second book in the series although I usually don't start with number two in a series this series just "stuck" with me, so I had to keep reading.

In this book we follow Bishop "Bish" and Luna and the drama increases as the world falls apart.

I love this endearing story and the characters in it. We also see a glimpse or two of Mathias :)

I will say this. I was very unsure about Bishop and Luna. I mean, what about Rebel?!?! But don't worry, we get answers there, and it's the best thing ever! I CANNOT WAIT for Rebel's story!!
But back to Bishop and Luna. We get a very different view into Keller's compound and what he's all about. You want to hate them; Keller, Kammy and even Declan, but you just can't, for many reasons you'll discover in the book. This was an intense journey for everyone involved and I was happy to take the ride. S

This was my favorite of all the Defiance books. The character development was sharp, the story-line was better than the previous two, but I still felt it was just missing the mark. The conflict in this one didn't really measure up to all of the buildup throughout the book. It was honestly the only thing I wanted the author to change. The lead male character is hilarious and scary all at the same time, while the female lead makes you just want to shake her for the crap she pulls. Putting the two ...more

Five really big stars for Salvation!!!

I was so looking forward to Bishop and Luna's story and Stephanie Tyler did NOT disappoint. This is the third book in the Defiance series and you really need to read them in order because the story builds with each one.

I had an idea of what Rebel's "secret" might be and I'm happy to say it was confirmed in this book. I'm so looking forward to his HEA in the future.

An interesting series that takes on the end of the world as we know it after a major series of storms, all wrapped up in the MC life and loyalty. It is a story of right and wrong, of upheaval and the horrors of a new unsafe world and the devil you know. This is the third book in the series and it is probably my favourite - there is a background relationship between two male characters which I would love to read more about in the future.

I liked it, and it made me want to continue the series, but it was my least favorite of the series so far. I liked the characters, but the story was just so-so. I had trouble really investing myself in this one like I did with the others in the series. That said, I'm waiting impatiently for Declan's story.

Third installment in the Defiance series. I enjoyed it but not quite as much as the previous book. Bishop and Luna were a good match. There just seemed to be a lot of set-up for future books. There's a lot packed into a shorter book (my kindle showed 185 pages). I would have liked a little more of Bishop and Luna. I'll be interested to see where this series is going.

Salvation is a good story, just not as good as the first two Defiance books if you liked the MC parts of the book. Bishop and Luna are a great couple and maybe the most believable couple of the three so far in this series. I'm interested to see where the series goes from here.

SE Jakes should write Rebel and Declan's story!!

Probably my favorite of this series so far. Luna went to get her man Bishop, and it was non-stop action with a healthy dose of sexy times. Stay tuned for a full First Look at Heroes and Heartbreakers.
