I like to think of myself as normal, but I’m discovering that not everyone has characters in their heads that like to plot and plan anything from revenge to a loving or lustful moment, when you really should be concentrating on other things. So, I guess the description of myself as normal, isn’t all that accurate.

I am often curled up in a comfy chair with a good paranormal book until the early hours of the morning, or just finishing off a chapter that I’m writing. Ultimately, that tends to turn into beginning the next one and so it continues. I surprise myself with how little sleep I actually need, surviving on really unhealthy snacks and sugary drinks to keep me going.

My husband deserves a gold medal for putting up with me and my nocturnal habits.

My family is getting bigger each time I self publish. I now have 9 wonderful grandchildren and a tenth one on the way!

I don't give spoilers... I hate too much being said I'd rather read it myself, so if you have not read book one.... Wanted. Go read this now and don't read any more of this review!

Ok so...This is the second book in the Forest of Deans Series. It's Christmas time and Kat (it's cool this books a namesake of mine ;D, btw) is grieving over tHe loss of her soulmate Jase, and to top it off pregnant with twins!

Obviously this plot is a sad one - boy did I cry during book ones end! But K.A Jones has you hooked by the beginning of chapter one in Kat's struggle to adapt to the current situation.

The family are there to try and support her, but this also brings dilemmas for Kat...

My favourite character is probably Anthony, he is so supportive, charming... I'd love to go shopping with him!
The story keeps you guessing and wondering what else will happen to poor Kat, boy she doesn't have much luck! My favourite part of the book was probably the Christmas time as its also my favourite time even though it's also a sad time in the story, you feel the love and family loyalty in the passages.
The book makes you laugh, cry and wish you could shout... Watch out creep about!
Now the book ends on a cliff hanger... But fortunately book 3 and also book 4 are already available, I think I would have a real book hangover If they weren't.

Kat has had a hard time adjusting to being a shifter and with the few months she's just experienced you can understand but I hope that she grows strong and less doubtful of herself as she develops in book 3, but then being a mum tends to make you grow up as you don't have a choice when you have little ones to defend!

In summary I would recommend this book series to any paranormal, romance and ages over 15 to adult readers.

Trusted (Forest of Dean Wolves #2) is an Awesome read!! K.A. Jones has created another Great book that keeps you turning the pages!!

Two months have passed since Kat lost her mate, Jase. It's Christmas and Kat knows that she has to start living again for herself and for the two babies that are growing in her tummy. Kat is having Christmas Eve dinner in the dining room with the family for the first time since Jase died. The person that killed Jase, Eli, his brother Samuel is there having dinner with them and Kat is trying to hold back the urge to shift. Kat has to excuse herself because she starts to panic and Deano and Jake walk out with her. The babies in her tummy are responding to Jake, they haven't done that since Jase.

There is just so much that happens, there are lots of emotions (sadness, love, happiness, mystery and betrayal) you have to read the book!! I really enjoyed reading Trusted!!Keep the box of tissue handy, you'll need them!!

Wow, just as good if not better than the first. I don't know how Kat has survived what she went through in the first book but some how managed to. My heart broke for her throughout this book but I felt oddly proud of her. She qwnt through so much and came out on top thanks to her family and friends and the babies => bring on book three. I can not wait!!
