As usual, I find it very difficult to review these books for two reasons. One, I read them far too quickly for a proper review. Two, I do not have much training or other education in this particular subject and thus feel unqualified to review this book. That being said, I still appreciate the ease of availability of these books. All are available online as free PDFs.
