This book is a thorough, hands-on guide for organisations wanting more than just band-aid fixes. Clemmer frames leadership, quality and service improvement as something that can’t be done with quick tricks — it needs diagnosis, buy-in, and sustained effort.

I’ve probably read it way more than once, it’s my bible!!
