Avid Reader Amy's Reviews
Review as it appears on my blog Amy's Book World:

This book seems to center more around Willow and Tony's world than anyone else. So for those Tony fans (Me!!!) you will be happy that he gets more face time. Willow sets out to save her parents and Tony. Willow being Willow her first priority is not herself but others. She wants to bring Tony and her parents back safe. Alec doesn't understand. He has it in his mind that this is all because she has some feelings for Tony. I'm sorry but Alec is a j

This book was given to me as a pre-edit ARC (Book due to be released in the middle of December)

Exposing ELE is the third part in the dystopian style young adult series that follows Willow Mosby, a 16 year old girl having to cope with unimaginable circumstances that are developing around her at the same time as her remarkable powers are evolving.

At the end of the second book (Finding ELE) things were looking pretty dismal for Willow and everyone with her and this is where Exposing ELE picks up a

Disclaimer: I received an unedited ARC e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This is the third in the ELE Series, and the story just keeps getting better and better. I'm attached to the characters, engrossed in the story, and glad that I'm not in their situation!! The triangle between Willow, Alec, and Tony is just insane, and I'm not sure who I want to win. Aside from that, Zack is a complete jerk, and he just keeps getting creepier and more evil every time he's m

***This book was given to me by the authors for an honest review***

Exposing ELE is the third book in the ELE Series, and it does not disappoint! With each book released in this series Rebecca and Courtney raise the bar, and they did it again. Of the three books that are out in this series (two are in the works - yay!), this one is hands down my favorite! I cannot even begin to describe what happens in this book for fear of giving too much away. Let me just say that these ladies are extremely tal

My previous review of the first book yielded a lower rating. The second book was even better and I am happy to say that the third book was an improvement from the first two. The story was clean and consistent. There were much fewer spelling and grammatical errors, and the story line and character development were both strong and well written. There were still a few typos and several vocabulary issues (misuse of a word), but less than ten. It was another drastic improvement. This series has capti ...more

This is the third instalment of the ELE series, if you haven't read the first two (Project ELE and Finding ELE)yet then what are you waiting for? Seriously! Go pick them up and read them. You will not be disappointed.

I cant believe I literally stumbled upon this series with absolutely no knowledge of what they were about. From the very first book this series has hooked me in and kept me on the edge of my seat. And has found its way onto my (rather short) list of favourite book series.

Exposing Ele is the 3rd book in the amazing Y/A series following 16 year old Willow's unimaginable life as her powers evolve. We pick up where we left off with life looking pretty bad for Willow and Tony.

I was given the copy so far so i don't want to give anything away but WOW, Rebecca and Courtney has done it again. They have filled this book with so much action, love, betrayal, suspence and more characters to die for!! Be prep

I loved this book from beginning to end. Willow is back with her friends fighting old foes!! It's the end of civilisation as we how it. I love these books!!! This one literally brought tears to my eyes. I love the way Willow develops her powers and that you don't know what is going to happen in the book. I find myself wishing I came upon the series when it was finished because waiting to find out what happens kills me. Great job!

I was also given an early copy of this book to review..SPOILERS AHEAD....I love the concept of this book, the powers and the adventure... However I LOVE anything romance so this book made me a little sad. I really like Tony, don't get me wrong, but how can you profess to "love" someone and then just give him up for another guy? So I feel bad for Alec. I hope Courtney and Rebecca give him a fantastic girl and he isn't so heart broken. As far as the rest of the story, it was great!! I love that Wi ...more

Before you read this book, you need to read the series in order: Project ELE (ELE Series #1) (The ELE Series), followed by Finding ELE (ELE Series #2).

This is a continuation of neat, fast-read sci-fi tale that is not only good for adults but is primarily aimed at the young adult / older children market. Without having a spoiler, rather than aliens you have a continuation of an apocalyptic-type scenario with a disease, followed up by a group of kids who get into mischief with far-reaching implica

I can't stop reading!

I am so hooked on the series that I have now completed the first 3 in 48 hours, even with my full time work schedule during the day. I'm exhausted from staying up all night reading last night, so I'm forcing myself to go to sleep without immediately starting the 4th book. I cannot wait to start the next book tomorrow!

Willow's character progression and realizations
Original villain returns
Found out more about their powers and the shelter
Funny, light moments amid the trauma and drama
Twists & turns while being suspenseful and mysterious

The Bad & The Other:
Cliffhanger
Love (tri-)angle with Willow and Tony's side being instalove
Absentee parents

I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

"Exposing ELE" is the third book in the YA Series "ELE" and picks up where "Finding ELE" left off. When Willow's parents and Tony are taken and presumably dead we quickly learn instead that they're being detained. Willow feels it necessary to go help, even at times when it should be against better judgment. Emotions are constantly fueling Willow's decisions, some without thought as she goes on a mission to stop Dr. Hastings and recover her parents and Tony.

I was given this book in return for an honest review. The crew is back and with more action than ever. Willow, Tony and a bunch of people from their group are going on a mission to try to free their family and friends from Zack, his dad (the Doc) and their minions. As usual, things don't go exactly as planned. People will not make it out this time and we will lose some beloved characters. On top of dealing with loss, Willow has to deal with her feelings for Tony while she is still dating Alec. He ...more

Again this book continues exactly where book 2, Finding ELE, ended - with a confrontation between Willow, Tony and Zack.

Willow has to watch helplessly as members of her family, and friends, are captured by soldiers, and taken away to goodness only knows where.
As the fight begins to find and free them Willow has to watch as someone important to her becomes infected with the red injection, and she fears they will turn into a Reaper one day. Can she stop this from happening? Only time will tell.

Review 6******

I love this series! As soon as I found out when the book was released, I bought my copy!

Willow Mosby is not your typical teen. Having survived through a mad scientists experiment, Willow has the ability to absorb abilities and powers without losing her humanity. She is a fantastic character who has a strength of spirit that I envy. She is the quintessential heroine, and she can also kick some major behind! Although she is only sixteen, she has a maturity that belies her age. This i

I really wanted to like this book. I was disappointed by the first in the series, but decided to give it another shot with the second book. I was presently surprised by the second book and so I went into this book with tentative, but high, hopes.

I was let down again. The writing returned to the stiff and awkward form that was displayed in book 1. I really don’t have a lot to say about this book, except to say that I will not be continuing the series. It takes a lot for me to not want to complet

Great series

I love this series. Good strong characters you can empathize with. They make you feel like they are real ppl. the bad guy is easy to hate, the good guys are easy to love. I'm much older than the average reader of this book, but I find I enjoy these kind of book because of the fact that there is little to no sex in them. there is genuine innocent first love minus the graphic sex. I have nothing against sex, it just seems adult novels use too much sex and sometimes I like to read books
