A quick listen, just over an hour and 15 minutes. Myss discusses our spiritual/pagan roots and how the earth's natural energy can impact our lives for the better. audiobook. Amazing insight into nature and human nature. Understanding nature is essential to understanding your human self, accepting yourself, and learning to love yourself as you are. This is, of course, essential to spiritual growth.

This is only an hour long and it's definitely "out there." It had a few good nuggets of info and the visualization at the end is good.
