Warnier Diagrams, use a left curly brace ({) to enclose a process and shows how it can branch off to other processes and shows how long each process runs. File Specification Forms, show the file the field name, the field type, and the field length. Display Layout Chart, shows how a report or inquiry is displayed on the screen. Printer Spacing Chart, shows how a report is printed on paper. Operation Run Sheet, shows what happens when a computer operator runs a production program. Run Log, shows what happens as a program is being developed by a programmer. A VBA program is shown that connects Excel with Access to do a report on a manager’s projects in a particular month and year.
